We serve authentic hand-tossed New York style pizza, pasta, strombolis, calzones and more with fresh sauces and dough made in-house! Our traditional hand-tossed New York Style Pizza which is characterized by having a puffy, bread-like, outer crust that quickly tapers down to a very thin, crisp middle. The crust is dark brown and somewhat charred in appearance. No pans are used in the cooking process; rather the pizza is assembled on a pizza peel then placed directly on our stone oven deck to cook.
